Description:
Fundador is a Solera Brandy from the D.O. Brandy de Jerez. It is obtained from specially selected wines from the Airen and Palomino varieties which are distilled in column stills obtaining the maximum quality wine spirit. This spirit is than aged in 600 liter American oak casks which have been previously used to age Sherry in Fundador's historic cellars following the traditional solera system .
